Terms of Service

Certify Secured, operated by Organizational Intelligence Group LLC ("we", "us"), is a record-keeping and reminder tool for certifications, licenses, and training records in the physical security industry.

It is not legal, licensing, or compliance advice. We track the records you enter and remind you when they lapse. You and your company remain solely responsible for holding the licenses and certifications the law and your customers require, and for verifying that the records entered are accurate.

You must provide a real email address and keep your password private. A company workspace is managed by the person who creates it; they are responsible for the people they add and the accuracy of records entered about their technicians. You must have permission from a technician before entering their personal information or linking their account.

Plans. The Solo Technician plan is $75/year for one person. The Company Workspace is $199/year and includes 3 seats; additional seats are $75/year each, with lower per-seat rates at higher seat counts as shown on the pricing page. A seat is any person on the account — office staff or field technician.

Trial. First-time customers get a 14-day free trial. Your card is saved when you start and first charged when the trial ends. The trial is once per person.

Renewal. Plans renew once a year on your renewal date. Everything on the account — the workspace and all seats — renews together on that date.

Adding seats mid-year. Extra seats are charged immediately when added, prorated to your renewal date, so you're never billed later for something you forgot about.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. You keep full access until your renewal date; we don't offer refunds or credits for partial years. If payment fails or a subscription lapses, the workspace is locked until payment is resolved.

Price changes. If we change prices, we'll notify you by email before your next renewal, and the new price applies from that renewal onward.

Don't upload records you have no right to hold, don't use the service to track people without their knowledge, don't attempt to access another company's workspace, and don't use public verification pages to harvest personal data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You own the records you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process them to run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it's handled.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve over time; we won't remove a core feature you've paid for mid-term without a reasonable alternative.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organizational Intelligence Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost bids, fines, or project delays arising from expired credentials — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Reminder emails and dashboards are aids, not guarantees; always confirm licensing status with the issuing authority.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
